Pre-requisite: CA2/3 Anesthesia Residents for full immersion and independent practice with supervision. PGY2 (and above) Non-Anesthesia Residents for mentored instruction and airway experience.

Educational Objective
To provide the advanced Anesthesia Resident the opportunity for independent anesthesia practice with supervision in a rural community hospital, including developing effective resource utilization and workflow efficiency.
Non-Anesthesia Residents are introduced to the clinical practice of anesthesiology and develop fundamental airway management skills.

Housing
On-site housing is offered at no cost to the learner at the Dixon House, when space is available. If space is not available at the Dixon House, then the resident may request funds from MERGE to reimburse for housing in Farmington, per the MERGE housing policy.
